OnePlus enhances Customer Service with Doorstep Pickup & Drop across 19,000+ Pincodes

Posted on June 26, 2025June 26, 2025 by S Joseph

Over the past year alone, the number of OnePlus service centres has grown by more than 50%, now covering all major metros and key regional hubs.

In an endeavour to ensure a seamless customer service experience for its Indian community, OnePlus, the global technology brand, has strengthened its customer services and now offers doorstep pickup and drop service across 19,000+ pincodes. With these initiatives, the brand has significantly strengthened its after-sales efforts across tier 2 and tier 3 cities and beyond.

As part of this commitment, OnePlus continues to offer free pickup and drop service and has expanded it to more than 19,000 pincodes across India, enabling customers to access customer service facilities without the hassle of leaving their homes.

Additionally, the customer support ecosystem is further backed by a multi-channel service model, giving users direct access to assistance through:

  • Dedicated call centres
  • Real-time live chat
  • Verified WhatsApp support
  • Email-based service channels

This expanded service framework is a direct result of ongoing user feedback and community-driven improvements under Project Starlight, which was recently introduced in Q4 2024. With a ₹6,000 crore investment over a three-year timeline, the program has one of its focuses on building a stronger service network for Indian users.

Addressing the brand’s customer service expansion, Robin Liu, CEO, OnePlus India shared, “At OnePlus, our users have always been at the core of all our efforts. And this extends to our customer service efforts, too. As we continue to build our community in India, strengthening our customer service and service network is not just a priority—it’s a commitment. We believe that delivering a truly premium experience goes beyond the product itself; it lies in how we support and stand by our community at every step. This customer service expansion is a vital part of our long-term vision for India, empowering more users with timely, transparent, and dependable support”.

In addition to the service centres, OnePlus has also rolled out a nationwide OnePlus Service Camp across its service centres. A first-of-its-kind OnePlus Service Camp starts from June 20 to June 30, 2025. The initiative allows users to get a free device health check-up and software update for all OnePlus smartphones. Those with out-of-warranty devices can enjoy zero service charges on select repairs. Pillared under Project Starlight, OnePlus continues to make high-quality service more accessible than ever.

OnePlus is working towards expanding its service network across 28 states and over 400 cities over the next 3 to 5 years.
