Redefining Steel Retailing for Bharat

JSW Shoppe and JSW Shoppe Connect are pioneering initiatives by JSW Steel to bring branded steel products closer to semi-urban and rural consumers. Operating on a franchise model, these outlets provide a superior buying experience with value-added services including expert guidance, product processing, and financing.

JSW has cemented its position as a retail-first steel brand through its expansive network of over 2,300 branded stores across India, with 385 located in the eastern zone. These outlets comprise our flagship JSW Shoppe and the more compact JSW Shoppe Connect formats.

JSW Shoppe stores serve as full-format hubs, providing individual home builders and SMEs with end-to-end steel solutions. This innovative model of organized steel retailing, which pivoted from a distribution-led approach to a relationship-driven franchise, even garnered attention as a case study by Harvard's Richard Ivey School of Business.

To further extend our reach into deeper markets, JSW Shoppe Connect operates as satellite formats. These stores are conveniently linked to a main JSW Shoppe or JSW Explore outlet, ensuring broader accessibility to our premium steel products.

These initiatives are designed to revolutionize the steel purchasing landscape, offering substantial benefits to both consumers and the JSW Steel brand.
