World Environment Day Celebrations by IRB Golconda Expressway Raising Awareness Among Staff on Greenery and Environment

On the occasion of the World Environment Day today, the IRB Golconda Expressway Private Limited, an SPV entrusted to manage the Hyderabad Outer Ring Road project, celebrated the day by hosting an event at the Nanakramguda toll plaza.

The event was graced by the various senior officials and project staff of the IRB Golconda Expressway Project and HMDA, who also undertook the saplings plantation at the location.

On the occasion, the Company Officials also undertook an awareness programme for the staff and workers on the vital importance of environmental protection in today's scenario and also explained the precautions to be taken.

The authorities further emphasized that planting more trees can help reduce vehicle pollution to the extent and called for planting more and more trees to so as to get more and more clean air and ensure better environment conditions for generations to come.

The authorities administered oath to the officials, staff and workers present at the event to commit themselves for protecting the environment, grow trees, and avoid energy wastages to save the mother earth from man-made destructions.
