Maharashtra was among Meesho’s largest markets for Ganesh Chaturthi shopping this year, with Mumbai and Pune among the key shopping markets in the state. Festive demand also extended beyond major urban centres, reflecting the growing reach of festive e-commerce across smaller towns.

More businesses participated in the festive season this year, with the number of sellers listing Ganesh Chaturthi-related products on Meesho growing ~26% YoY to nearly 9,000. Of these, nearly seven in ten were new sellers, participating in the Ganesh Chaturthi assortment on Meesho for the first time this year.
