Aster RV Hospital Organizes Free Multi-Speciality Health Camp for Forest Department Families in Remote Area

In a significant step towards extending healthcare to underserved communities, Aster RV Hospital organized a free multi-speciality health camp for the families of Forest Department officers and employees in a remote forest area, around 350 km from Bangalore.

With no hospital facilities available nearby, this initiative aimed to provide essential medical support and quality healthcare access to people living in the region. Over 250 participants benefited from consultations, check-ups, and guidance across multiple specialities including Physio, Ortho, Dental, Pulmo, Opthamalogy, ENT, OBG, Gen surgery.

Speaking on the initiative, Mr. Parashuram – Deputy Manager, Aster Volunteers, Aster RV Hospital said, “Healthcare is a fundamental right, and we are committed to reaching communities that have limited access to medical services. This camp reflects our mission to make quality healthcare accessible to all, especially in remote areas.”

The Forest Department welcomed this effort, emphasizing the importance of such health camps in ensuring the well-being of employees and their families who dedicate their lives to preserving the forests and wildlife.

Through this initiative, Aster RV Hospital continues to uphold its commitment to healthcare excellence, community outreach, and patient-first care.
