Ltd., and Elder Pharmaceuticals Ltd. An M.Sc. in Physical Chemistry from the Institute of Science, Mumbai University, Mr. Gawde has strong expertise in analytical method validation, stability studies, and quality systems. As Whole-Time Director, he will focus on strengthening R&D, quality assurance, and innovation, driving Remedium Lifecare’s expansion across key therapeutic areas, including anti-infectives, cardiovascular, and CNS treatments. Mr. Rambhajan Vishwakarma brings over 15 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry, having worked with HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, HDB Financial Services, Capri Global Capital Ltd., and Andromeda Sales & Distribution Pvt. Ltd. 

His proven expertise in retail finance, business development, and strategic sales management will support Remedium Lifecare’s financial prudence and growth strategy. As Independent Director, he will contribute to strengthening corporate govemance, transparency, and financial oversight, ensuring the company’s continued alignment with best industry practices. The appointments of Mr. Vignesh Laxman and Mr. Rambhajan Vishwakarma brings commitment to building a strong, future-ready leadership structure.
