Gamepoint Launches New Multi-Sport Center in Warangal, Inaugurated by Warangal Police Commissioner Mr. Ambar Kishor Jha

Posted on November 6, 2024November 6, 2024 by S Joseph

Gamepoint, a leading technology-enabled sports company, proudly announces the launch of its state-of-the-art multi- sport center in Warangal. The 16000 square feet center was inaugurated by Warangal Police Commissioner (CP) Mr. Ambar Kishor Jha. It aims to provide the city’s residents with access to high-quality sports facilities, promoting a healthier and more active lifestyle for all age groups.

Mr. Ambar Kishor Jha, Police Commissioner and the chief guest at the inauguration stated, “With access to world-class facilities like those at Gamepoint, we hope to see a renewed interest in sports, especially among the youth. This center can play a crucial role in inspiring the next generation to prioritize fitness and well-being.”

Founded in 2016 at Hyderabad by Aditya Reddy and Siddharth Reddy, Gamepoint’s mission is to foster a sports culture across India, enabling people of all ages to play, train, and enjoy the physical, mental, and social benefits of sports. Following successful operations in Hyderabad, Gamepoint’s expansion to Warangal represents a significant milestone in its mission to create accessible sports facilities in both metropolitan and Tier 2 cities. “We are thrilled to bring Gamepoint to Warangal, a city with immense potential and a growing demand for quality sports facilities in partnership with Narsimha Kethireddy. Our goal together is to make sports accessible and enjoyable for everyone,” said Aditya Reddy, Co Founder of Gamepoint.

Warangal, Telangana’s second-largest city, has over 10 lakh residents with a strong interest in fitness and sports. However, access to comprehensive sports facilities has been limited. Recognizing this gap, Gamepoint has chosen Warangal as a natural choice to broaden its geographical presence and cater to a community eager for sporting opportunities. “The aspirations for staying healthy and playing sports in cities like Warangal are on par with those in larger metros. We’re committed to providing facilities that meet this demand and support the development of a vibrant sports culture,” said Siddharth Reddy, Co Founder of Gamepoint.

Comprehensive Facilities and Offerings:
The Gamepoint center in Warangal offers a range of world-class facilities, including four indoor badminton courts, a multi-purpose turf for box cricket and football, cricket nets with a bowling machine, and table tennis areas. Future expansion plans include the addition of a basketball court and swimming pool. In addition to sports facilities, the center provides amenities such as a players’ lounge, equipment for sale and lease, drinking water, and separate showers and changing rooms for men and women.

Structured Coaching Programs for All Skill Levels:
Gamepoint Academy in Warangal will offer professional coaching for children aged 5 to 18 in sports such as badminton and football. The Academy’s curriculum, developed by certified coaches from prestigious organizations like BWF, AIFF, and NIS, ensures comprehensive training from beginner to advanced levels. The program emphasizes correct technique, fitness, skill assessments, and regular progress updates through assessments and parent-coach meetings. Classes will be available five days a week, with flexible morning and evening batches for added convenience.

Flexible Membership Options and Booking:
To cater to varying needs, Gamepoint Warangal offers flexible membership plans for regular players, as well as a convenient book-n-play feature through the Gamepoint App. Monthly and quarterly memberships are available for badminton and cricket enthusiasts. The App also allows users to easily book slots, making it convenient for all to access the facilities.

Gamepoint is also committed to community engagement and plans to organize local tournaments and sports events to promote active participation. Additionally, Gamepoint will collaborate with local schools, inviting students to utilize the facilities as part of their physical education programs.
