Satya School appoints Manisha Malhotra as the new Director-Principal

Satya School today announced the appointment of Manisha Malhotra as the new Director-Principal of the school effective February 12, 2024. In a move that will enhance the school's leadership and academic excellence, Manisha will take over the charge from the current Executive Principal, Neeti Bhalla Saini.

 

Manisha is an experienced academician with a distinguished career spanning over 26 years at The Shri Ram School in Gurgaon, where she held the prestigious position of Principal – Senior School from 2013 to 2023. Manisha’s exceptional leadership and foresight leftan enduring impact on the institution. With an extensive experience of running the national curriculum, one of her notable achievements was the establishment and successful implementation of the International Baccalaureate (IB) Programme in 2005, highlighting her commitment to fostering a globally recognized educational environment.In 2015, she further expanded the school's academic offerings by introducing the Cambridge IGCSE curriculum.

 

With over three decades of experience, she brings an impressive record of accomplishmentin providing Educational Leadership, demonstrating dedication to cultivating a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere for students, as well as facilitating professional growth among the faculty. Manisha has held senior leadership roles inCurriculum planning, Teacher training, Staff & Student development, Strategic Planning and has played an instrumental role in drafting and implementing innovative policies for the school. Her contemporary working knowledge, organizational ability coupled with a reflective nature has contributed significantly to the education community in the country. Prior to her role as Principal, Manisha served as an IB Coordinator and the Head of the Department of Biology &Environmental Sciences.
